Hi Marre,

I have a new iphone 12 mini and everything transferred to the new phone fine, then when I opened the fitbit app on the phone it wanted to update the firmware/software for the fitbit app/device...so I tried to do that but it wasn't connected to the phones bluetooth.....I followed all the steps you mention in this thread...I've deleted the app and connection on my on 6s phone but still can't seem to make it work?

 

Any other ideas?

Hi there, @ShaneWalker. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for following the tips and recommendations I provided.

Did you pair your Versa 2 to your new iPhone 12 mini's Bluetooth? If you haven't done so yet, go to your iOS's Bluetooth settings and pair your watch (bear in mind that this step is not done through the Fitbit app, rather it should be done through your phone's Bluetooth settings).Then, sync your watch to your iPhone 12 mini and see if the synchronization can take place successfully.

If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.
