Versa 2 won't connect to my iPhone SE's Bluetooth

Hi, it's about 2 days that my Versa 2 it's working properly, but my phone always shows me the window with "Connect Your Versa 2 With Bluetooth", any idea?

Hello there, @CesareCapp. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

In order to solve this issue, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed (but first, please make sure to sync your Fitbit device):

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Got mine back from the repair shop.  Said they did a firmware update.  When I charged it, there was a software update to do and NOW........it won't sync hardly at all!  I keep getting the fitbit logo going on and off on the screen.  I can start with 100% battery, and by the time it actually manages to sink, the batter is half gone! Did NOT have this problem before I sent it in and they "repaired" it.  Tried all the mentioned steps and didn't do a thing to help it.
