Versa 2 won't connect to my iPhone after the update

I got the notification for the Firmware update and started updating last night before bed. My iPhone and Versa 2 were synced and charging. When I woke up this morning, not only did it NOT update, now my watch and iPhone won’t pair at all. I reset the watch. Reset my phone. Shutdown the watch. Turned Bluetooth on and off. They still don’t recognize each other. HELP! Lol

Hi there @BandyA, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you tried, please do the following:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.
