Just got a new phone Samsung S 22 when trying to pair it finds it but will not connect says " need an app for that". I need help please.

Hello @Vktoria
First make sure you are no longer connected to your old phones Bluetooth. It can cause conflict. It might be best to just try and set up your Versa 2 as a new device on your new phone. You will not lose any data setting it back up but it will only save data from your last successful sync.
Follow these steps closely:
