Versa 2 won't connect to my phone again

Hello, I’ve had my Versa 2 for over a year with no problems and it’s stopped syncing and time on the watch is off. I’ve tried re-syncing. Turning the Bluetooth on and off, deleting the app and doing a soft and factory reset. When I go into the app to set up the device, it finds it and then just says connecting until it times out. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @Indigopigeon. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following:

1. Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 2.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 2.

Hello,

Thank you for this but I have done most of what you suggest. The Versa has been disconnected from Bluetooth and no longer comes up as ‘findable’. I’ve restarted the Fitbit and it’s on the charging cable when trying to connect. I get as far as connect new device, it’s finds the watch and tries to connect and then nothing until I get a message saying there’s been a problem.
