Versa 2 won't connect to my phone anymore

A month ago, the watch stopped syncing. Then it suddenly started losing its charge quickly (instead of 3-5 days, it was down to 1 day).

I reset the device and now I can't connect the watch to my phone. After receiving a 4-digit code, I get an error message.
I haven't been able to use the watch for a month. It doesn't even show the time. It looks like an artificial restriction, similar happened 5 months ago.

I see a lot of similar reviews in the Play Store, so I'm not the only one.
All previous requests have been ignored.

Hi there, @imaggg. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is no longer connecting to your phone. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I've tried all this dozens of times. Another Android and iOS device didn't help either. The problem is on your side. Watch cannot connect to your servers.

@imaggg Thanks for getting back to me and let me know the outcome.

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 2 and report that it is still not syncing, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.

This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.
