Versa 2 won't connect to my phone's Bluetooth

Hello my watch lost connection with my phone. I have turned Bluetooth on and off, restarted phone and watch several times, uninstalled appt and reinstalled and STILL my phone can't connect or find the watch. Help please!! Also now the time is 3 minutes behind? Random
