My versa 2 won't connect to any phone after updating even after a factory reset. The numbers for pairing show up but it immediately fails every time.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, make sure to follow the setup process as instructed in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
