Versa 2 won't connect to my phone

I noticed my Versa2 is showing incorrect time abs tried to sync it, while clicking on sync it has show red ! , I have turned off my blutooth and try to reconnect which didn't not happen . I have uninstalled fitbit app and installed it again log out of app and log in re started versa and my mobile but no luck , can any one help me out with this problem
