My phone was stolen. I want to connect my Fitbit to a new phone but My Fitbit versa 2 is not in my account anymore. Does anybody know what to do? So i van use my Fitbit Alain.

Hi @Natascha1812, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it can't be set up to your existing account. By the way, thank you for providing a picture of the Fitbit app.
Please make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help article, under the subject "How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?" Make sure that you are selecting add device to an existing account and enter your email and password that are linked to your Fitbit account.
