Versa 2 won't connect to phone or app

Very frustrating it was connected and I love the watch and it's features then it stopped connecting/ pairing to the phone.

Hi @Nennie78  - this may be due to a problem with the Fitbit App.

try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

This can help get it connected in some cases.

My friends watch had this issue. We turned off her watch and bluetooth then turned them both back on it fixed it.

Update!!

 I turned off the tracker and turned it back on. Fixed the problem. Thank you all for the advice.

I too on this exact same date as this lady my Fitbit stopped syncing to my S22 device. It was working fine up till then. I have tried everything and it still won't sync. In my Bluetooth settings versa comes up as other device and when I click it it says can't upload as needs app but I have the app. I go into the app and pull down and it says it's synced but the phone and fitbit aren't synced even though it says it is. Please help as I have tried it all. See troubleshooting completed below:

Uninstall then reinstall app

Log out of app log back in

Bluetooth off then back on

Turned off phone and power back on

Turn off fitbit and turn back on

Cleared cache and force stop app

Location is turned on

Power saving mode off

Notifications turned on

Time on fitbit is wrong and even changed location and back again still no fix
