Hi
I just got my Versa 2 today. It was connected and working perfectly. I accidentally pressed add new device in the Fitbit app and its removed the versa 2.
It won't reconnect (see screenshot)
I've tried turning off and on, deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled it, turned bluetooth off and on. It will not reconnect
When I try to connect by bluetooth it says the settings on the versa are wrong
Please help me I'm so upset

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
After this, try the setup process again as instructed in this help page and see if it connects properly.
