So my Versa 2 just won't connect to the phones volume control.
Swiping down and pushing the music icon on the watch just gives "Pair your phone through bluetooth under Settings".
Going into settings on the watch, and looking for a device, it just won't find my phone (galaxy S9)
Everything else works fine, I get all notifications through to it (messenger, whatsapp etc) and phone calls go through. It's on "always connected", and the phone just says that it's already connected to the Versa 2, so obviously it already is.
I've tried to connect to the phone both with my Jabra Elite Active 65T (true wireless) connected to the phone and without them.
Anyone who has had this issue and know how to fix it?
I've tried factory resetting and restaring both units as well as deconnecting and reconnecting BT, nothing seems to work. Being able to control sound was a great reason to why I chose to buy this (along with Spotify control), and since the Spotify control can't be used when you're in the training app (and the Smart Wake alarm feature that they spoke so highly of is nowhere to be seen), I'm feeling like all my reasons for buying this watch is being taken away from me one by one....

Did you go into the bluetooth settings on the Versa itself?

Yes, as I wrote:

Maybe I should specify that. I went into the setting on the Versa2, and it searches and finds everything and anything but my own phone, which makes sense since it's already connected.

Still haven't solved this, and I've done everything I can think of. Everything from resetting the watch to the phone.
