Versa 2 won’t connect via Bluetooth Tom my wireless headphone

So have the versa 2 an love it. Just got wireless headphone an it keeps saying no device detected. An have read through an done everything that is being said. Restart versa   All steps. It connects to my iPhone with no issues. Hope someone here can help.  Thank you.
