Hi, I've just upgrade by phone to the galaxy s21 and my versa 2 won't connect via Bluetooth. I have look at all the community page related to this and have tried everything. I've reinstalled the app and reset the watch several times at this point. Could someone please help me?

Please make sure to have removed your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices paired to your old phone.

Thank you for your response.
I have already checked that it is not longer paired to my old phone. It is not as I was having syncing issue with my old phone and had removed the device.
I have tried everyday to set up the device as a new device on my phone, using the set you have advised but it does not work or connect.
The only thing I haven't tried is resetting the versa 2 back to factory settings. Would this resolve the issue or make it worse?
