So I've read a couple of forums stating that people aren't able to connect their Samsung S20's to their fitbit but everything I saw was in March. How has this issue not been resolved when it is almost November and why is this even an issue in the first place? I love my fitbit and I would love to be able to use it but if I can't use it with my phone what am I supposed to do? I have only had this since July of this year and at this point I feel like I'm stuck with an over glorified paper weight. I am very frustrating and would like some help on how to get my fitbit to connect, if that's a possibility. I've also been through all of the trouble shooting even factory resetting my fitbit which took me 2hrs and it didn't even work.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
If you continue experiencing difficulties with this process, you can setup the device using an alternative compatible mobile device and once the Versa 2 is paired with your account, you'll just need to pair the Fitbit with your Samsung Galaxy S20 5G Bluetooth settings to sync it as designed.

Thank you for the response. I was able to get in touch with a very nice representative on the phone. Turns out it wasn't a connectivity issue, it was an issue with the fitbit itself, and I'm being sent a new one. I was not sure how to delete this post or I would have. But thank you again and have a lovely day.
