Versa 2 won't connect with Samsung s20+

Hi all,

I'm having trouble setting up my fitbit to sync on my new Samsung s20+.  Is now become just an expensive watch. Any body have any tips on how I can get it to set up and sync? Or an ETA on when it might become compatible?

Hi @Emmat40, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not connecting with your Samsung S20+. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article and see if your watch connects with your phone properly.

I am having the same problem with my Note 10+. It will randomly become unpaired then I have to reset it and lose all the data that wasn't synced. Kinda annoying that I have to check to see if it connected before trying to use it.

If you haven't done so, please try the troubleshooting steps that I shared in my previous post. Since you mentioned that you already restarted your watch, you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
