When I went in to log my steps on my IPhone. On my app I got a message advising me that “no device found”. I went to troubleshooting and did the steps and I was connected that was five or so days ago. Today it happened again. My battery was not low about 65%. I am redoing the steps again. I do not want to do this every week. What is wrong. My WIFI is working for all my other devices. I am very frustrated.

Hi @sueslawin, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the syncing issue that your Versa 2 experienced with your WiFi. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. In case the issue persists, reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
