I got a brand new Versa 2 for Christmas and I went to sync it to my relatively new Samsung 10+ and it's not connecting. And I've done every single step in the trouble shooting guide.

@VitTiger, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with you with your Versa 2 since it won't connect with your Samsung 10+ even though you've tried to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end and providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this article. This article may have steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
