Hi... I just bought the versa 2. I cannot get it to pair with bluetooth on my phone which is a samsung galaxy S21 ultra 5g. Everytime I try I get a message saying"an app is needed". Would appreciate feedback on this. Thanks

Would have been very helpful to have listed steps to fix the issue. Not everyone has time to call support. We rely on getting answers in these forums.
