1 year old Versa2 failed due to batt life of less than 4 hours. Have been sent replacement that does hold charge (yes) but has no bluetooth connectivity. Just a logo and the words...install the fitbit app in 16 languages. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Have deleted old account, created new one. Tried 2 different smart phones. Nothing detects the new watch. The old 4 hour life watch is detected easily though 🙂

Hi @InEngland, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your replacement Charge 2 is not connecting with your mobile devices. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you followed the setup process as instructed in this help page and see if it connects with your mobile devices properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

My Fitbit versa 2 does not pair with my phone either. It's sad how limited the list is of phones compatible with fitbit. I love my phone, it's kind of ridiculous that they are not doing more with more brands of phones.
