I reset settings on my versa 2 and now I can’t use the clock after that. It stands that I have to download the app, but I already have it. The app says it is «connecting to device», but nothing happens... What to do? It is only one week old.

Hi @IngvillA, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 asks you to download the Fitbit app and it won't connect with your phone. I totally understand how you feel since it's one week old.
Please try a factory reset. To do so no your device, follow the steps below:
After this, try setting up your watch from scratch as instructed in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
