Versa 2 won't connect with phone and iPad's Bluetooth properly

Versa continually drops Bluetooth from IPad and IPhone. Also dashboard stopped working on IPad. Have removed app and reloaded numerous times. I’ve had the watch 2 days. Any suggestions?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch and see if it syncs with your phone properly.
