I have had a replacement Versa2, because my last Versa died. I cannot get it to connect by Bluetooth to my phone. The phone cannot find my Fitbit, and it will not set up via the Fitbit app.
I have just changed phones (iPhone SE 2020), although I had just developed the problem on my old iPhone.
I set up the new Versa on my iPad, because I first had a problem with my old phone, and I had not yet got my new phone
I have read the articles on your forum and have tried:
force closing fitbit
toggling Bluetooth on my phone
setting up Bluetooth on the Fitbit app
turning my phone on and off
It still connects by Bluetooth to my iPad and synchs normally to it. But, my phone cannot ‘discover’ it tomajeabkuetoithconnection.
can you help please? eg. Should I ‘remove’ my Versa from my account, then re-link it?

Hi @NickyN, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it doesn't sync with your phone. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure to follow the setup process as instructed in this help page and see if your watch connects with your phone properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
