I updated, or thought I did, my versa 2 yesterday. Now when I try to get the clock face back to the one I had, message pops up saying all my applications didn't install, would I like to continue. Then it keeps failing.
I reset the device, deleted it from the app, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, nothing fixes it

Same problem. I tried reinstalling and when I went back to the app on the phone, the update notice disappeared. It's currently showing version 35.72.115. What version are you on?

I am having the same problem. My updates kept failing and then when I did a soft reset of my fitbit, the software update is no longer showing up. My version is also 35.72.1.15

Then I guess either we're all stuck on the wrong version or it's updated ok but not showing the right screen as the notice to update doesn't show up anymore. I can't seem to find any literature about the latest firmware version but since all of us are showing 35.72.15, then should be good... LOL

Try restarting your phone and long pressing your fitbit till it resets. I also deleted my app and then reinstalled it after which I saw the version at 35.72.1.15

So I switched my clock face then went back to my old one and I no longer get the failed update notification 🤷🏾:female_sign:Lol

I had same problem my fitbit showed a firmware update I hit into it to update it started to update then vanished for the life of me couldn't find it my spo2 vanished along with alexa and find my phone after few live chats with support which got me nowhere I decided to leave it alone as it was a firmware problem on there end which they were working on and this morning it must be fixed as all is working as it should be alexa working and I can now see my overnight health metrics instead of saying download clock face hopefully won't be long until urs is back to working

Hi it was a firmware update problem on fitbits part they must have fixed it as my is working now yours might update now

Fitbit have fixed there firmware problems must have been overnight as I was having same problems as everyone else but it's fixed this morning after syncing hope this helps

I have the original versa and having the same issue.. one part of fitbit says it's successful then another part suddenly says it isn't.. my watch mainly. Got the 32.72.1.15 version as well..

MlI have the versa 2 it wouldn't finish update but it was a problem on fitbits end the update notification dissappear yet my watch updated weird 1

I have just spent the last 2 hrs odd on chat with a fit bit dude and it turns out that my versa 2 is not fixable and i now have a replacement tracker on the way... i accidentally deleted my fit bit from my app and now it will not sync no matter what we did

I bought my versa 2 in December the side button stopped working so they sent me a replacement which was a refurbished one that lasted 3 weeks I then had 2 return it and get another ons which is also a refurbished one ok they replaced it but I thought I should have got a new one as mine was still in warranty I'll see how long this one lasts 🤞

My versa 2 completed update but I've found that my spo2 data won't show in health metrics unless I restart my watch which is a bit strange I have to restart it every morning any suggestions

My Versa 2 is now only showing the Fitbit logo after attempting to update the firmware & it's no longer giving off a Bluetooth signal for my iPhone to detect. I've tried the tips listed above and in the article (restart phone, restart Fitbit, uninstall & reinstall Fitbit app). Did I miss something? What else can I try?
