Versa 2 won't get past the "Quick Setup" screen

Put it on charger a few minutes later heard it buzz. Put back on about 1 hour later, checked it the next morning and clock face is gone. It went to basic clock face. Bottons on face don't work. Got to quick setup basic, can't get it out of quick setup. It does cync with phone. It is up to date.

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your Versa 2 from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
