Versa 2 won't give me messages

My Versa 2 hasn't been notifying me of text messages for weeks.  Nothing has changed with settings or notifications and this was before the phones software updateon my phone. Any suggestions, that feature has been a Godsend. I get calls on it occasionally, but then sometimes it still vibrates long after I'm still talking to the person.  Any help would be awesome. TIA

Hi all - there was a new version of the Fitbit app which seems to have a bug and is affecting many people. It may be worth to wait for the next version in which it is hopefully fixed rather than trying things to make it work for nothing.

Same. I have tried all the troubleshooting protocols and no luck. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I am also having the same issue. It has been days since I've gotten a text or call notification through my Versa 2. This is frustrating...I mean it's already limited to the things it can do and the 2 main things it can't even do that. This is absolutely ridiculous.  So disappointed.
