Versa 2 won't go back to home screen

My versa 2 will not go back to the home clock screen.  Swiping to the right or left doesn’t work.  I don’t want to keep resetting what am i doing wrong 😖

Try pressing side button.

I have tried everything.  Even pressing the side button.  Once im into exercise workout, I cannot get back home

At least this time you told which function you are in.  For at least some of the exercise options (still don't know which one you are in), you tap the 2 vertical lines which are a "pause" symbol; after that, there is an arrow to continue, or a checkered flag to stop.
