Versa 2 won’t go beyond the logo

Hi

my versa 2 stopped working all of the sudden.  I left it charged for hours and it will restart to the logo and then the logo will disappear.  I tried every single thing From removing the device and installing back again and removing the app.  But nothing changed.  Can someone from customer service help me
