Hi there, @Susan_Feliciano. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Versa 2 is not lasting as expected. We're here to help!
In addition to @Guy_'s input, please note your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Hi @Susan_Feliciano - this can happen if the watch got wet or has some sort of fault, but first try restarting it and also change to another clock face to see if it improves.
Sometimes syncing issues with the Fitbit App can cause this and to check, sync and charge the watch and then turn off the phone's Bluetooth for a few days to see if there is a difference [you won't get notifications on the watch during this time].
This will help you isolate the cause.

I'm pretty sure the clockface is a FitBit, as I got it in the FitBit app, and it's not fancy at all - just standard clock hands with second hand. I do not wish to change the face as it helps greatly to have that sweep second hand in my work. I did try restarting the FitBit, and that seemed to help a lot. We are now back to 4+ days until it reaches 25% or less. Thank you.
