Hey guys,
I got my Versa 2 last summer and it was working well, but the last week or so, it has not been able to hold a charge. I have tried letting it rest or then fully charge, but it won't even hold a charge overnight. I literally charged it partially (in case I was over charging it), this AM before work and just looked down to see that it was dead again. This is after it died overnight. I looked at other replies to get help, made sure the charging area was clean and hardly ever get it wet, but at this point, I don't know what to do and I don't want the 12 month warranty to lapse. Any suggestions on who to contact?? Thanks in advance!

i have the exact same problem with my versa 2 but it is a replacement and because of that there is no warranty apparently which is frustrating as i love my fitbit but do not want to purchase another as the replacement was for the exact same problem on my versa

I had been having the same problem about 2 weeks ago. It would not hold a charge , after about 4 hours was dead. It wasn’t very frustrating, since it is less than a year old. I was reading that done people were turning off the Bluetooth . I tried that , now holds a charge for almost 6 days .
