Battery will not hold a charge.  I’m three hours it went from 100% to 65%. Apps are not being used.

Hi @CarrieACarrigan - this is not normal and may be the watch has suffered some damage. If it gets hot when charging stop immediately as it is likely to have moisture inside.

However, try tuning off the phone Bluetooth for some hours and see if the discharging decreases.

I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Mine drains easily too. No way mine suffered water damage as has been suggested. I don’t wear it in the shower or to do dishes. Don’t like to swim. Now heart rate isn’t working either, and the challenges and trophies are gone. Too many issues to overlook.

Same thing happened to my versa 2 as well. I think there is a memory leak in the fitbit software. After few days of using  the fitbit will not hold charge and i have to reboot the versa 2 to reset the cache in the memory.

I have the same problem. My versa 2 does less than 2 days with a full charge. This started suddenly a few weeks ago. I was used to charge it every 4 days, I did a normal reset, a factory reset, I removed and reinstalled the fitbit app, and I checked all the settings. I suspect the latest firmware release or app software release is the culprit.
