Versa 2 won't install latest firmware update

My Versa 2 won’t install the latest update. The watch works but now I can’t get notifications. How does this result in me having to buy a new device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The latest firmware update won't install.

Hi @Username600 - if your watch is working fine there isn't any need to install the update, in fact it may be better not to.

If you reinstalled the Fitbit App you will need to check the setup of notifications and check in Quick Settings that your watch is not in Sleep or Do not disturb mode.
