My versa 2 said a new software was available - my watch face stays on the Fitbit logo with the battery bar and every time I either use wifi or bluetooth to download and then install it fails every time - 8 times ive tried including factory rest x 2 , removing the app, removing the bluetooth connection - seriously frustrated and the chat team were unable to assist. everything worked fine until it required the update
iPhone 13 version 16.4.1
if anyone can assist that would be very helpful 🐵
