Just purchased my very first smart watch on tuesday which is a versa 2. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s10+ and I'm having trouble keeping my versa synced with my phone
Keep having to either restart my phone watch or log in and out of the app. Need help so I don't have to keep doing this its so frustrating

Have you tried clearing the Fitbit apps cache? Or through the phones setting stopped the Fitbit app?.

Yes I cleared the cache ..i had to restart my phone this morning for it to start syncing again

Hello @Rjcarter12, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 isn't syncing to your Galaxy S10+. Thanks for trying all the tips and recommendations provided by @Rich_Laue to solve the issue.
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If you continue having syncing issues, may I have the current OS of your phone? Also, would you mind checking that your Versa 2 and Fitbit app (Android 3.22) are up-to-date?
