Hi, previously im a user of Versa for 4 years (with 1 replacement).

Recently i switched over to Versa 2 when my Versa 1 spoilt thinking that it will be better.

yes most features were there but i realised versa 2 was missing 2 button like what the versa 1 has.

And my HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT - the spotify on Versa 2 is unable to allow me to control the volume! (Versa 1 has the feature!)

as a fitness instructor, what i like about the feature is the control of the volume. Given that my phone needs to be away from me as i moved around, this feature is something i am reliant on in my job.

please please consider putting in the volume feature (eg swiping to increase or decrease volume)

Hi there, @whitedaisyyoga. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 2. I understand where you're coming from.

Please note that Versa and Versa 2 work the same way when it comes to the music control. Did you use Spotify with your Versa or you use to play music stored on your Versa? If that was the case, note that you can do the same with your Versa 2. For more information, see How do I control music with my Fitbit device?

Please keep in mind that on Charge 4, Ionic, and Versa series, you can use the Spotify app to control the music playing in the Spotify app on your phone, computer, or other Spotify Connect device. Navigate between playlists, like songs and switch between devices from your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I control music playing on Spotify?
