My Versa 2 won’t allow me to swipe along to see my apps, to see the control panel at the top or to see my steps/hours active/amount of sleep etc.
It is only allowing me to stay on the clock face showing the time, steps, heart rate and calories burned.
I tried updating my Fitbit but it has not done anything. I can’t seem to find anyone with similar issues.
Any help would be appreciated.

Had the same problem in versa 2 since yesterday too, so I updated the app and the watch, and then the red X appeared, “Data not cleared, Sync & try again”.
Tried reboot the watch, restart my phone, delete and reinstall app, connect to other phone, all not working. Really need help ASAP.

Mine was doing the same. I did a factory reset and it didnt help so i contacted fitbit thru the app and got a new one as it was only a couple of months old
