I have had my Versa 2 for about a month and I noticed last week that I cannot navigate to any tabs beyond the front screen. When I try to slide to the next screen to start exercises, the device will go blank. I have charged it and reset it a few times and I am still having the same issue a week later. Is there a way to get a replacement device as this one is only a month old and it’s not working properly ?

Let me help you with your Versa 2 getting stuck and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Start by changing the clockface on it. After this try a factory reset. Also only our support team can provide replacements but I ask you to try these suggestions first.
