my versa doesn't notify me of phone calls or messages anymore

Hi @Masterruner - pull down the watch face once and then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and check that Sleep or Do not disturb have been turned on.

 

A remedy if it is not syncing properly is to logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and watch which may also help.
