Versa 2 won't open Pandora - LG V30 phone

My Versa 2 is not letting me download music , won't open Pandora , won't sync with phone notifications . The only thing I can get it to do is sync my daily info on the Fitbit App. I am using an Android , LG V30 . For a new watch , the list of Compatible phones are " Old " ones. The LG V10 is listed , and that was my daughters phone 4  yrs ago. I am beyond frustrated. I also can not find/ add  Friends . I have had 3 people who own the Versa try to do all these things , and they aren't able to either.Thank you for any help.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We're continually adding more devices and improving our compatibility, so if you don't see your device on the list check back soon. The Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones and tablets but in order to set up, sync, receive notifications, and take advantage of other features of your Fitbit Versa 2. It's best if you install the Fitbit app on a compatible phone or tablet. 

Notifications may skip or stop occasionally for several reasons. Check this helpful information in our article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Please confirm that you've followed the steps suggested here: How do I listen to Pandora stations on my Fitbit watch? Please note that Pandora app is available to Versa 2 customers in the United States who have a paid subscription to Pandora. For more information about Pandora subscriptions, see help.pandora.com.

In order to add friends to your Fitbit Dashboard, please follow these steps:

1. Tap the Today tab  , and tap your profile picture. 
2. Tap your name > View All Friends > Add Friends. 
3. Choose a method to find friends, then tap the Add Friend icon next to the name or email address of the person you want to add.
