Versa 2 won't pair or sync to my Fitbit app

My versa 2 would not sync and was not recognized by the app, I tried all of the suggestions found in the app, lastly I tried resetting to factory default, now I am unable to set up my Fitbit, it will not connect to Bluetooth or wifi.

Hi there @MaxineRL, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I appreciate your efforts in trying to solve the syncing difficulties. I'll be glad to help you to set up your Versa 2 to your Fitbit app again. 

Please note that the difficulty you are having to set up your Versa 2 usually happens when you perform a factory reset without first unpairing the watch. In order to solve this issue, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.
