Hi there @VickyTan, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the difficulties you've been having to pair your Versa 2 to your Galaxy S9+.
After reading your post I wondered if by any chance, you have more Fitbit devices paired to your Fitbit account that are no longer in use or you are switching phones?
If one of the two reasons above is your case, I'd recommend trying the following:
1. Remove the old device(s) from the Bluetooth settings (in case you have more Fitbit devices that are no longer in use).
2. Remove your Versa 2 (in case it appears on the phone's Bluetooth settings) from the Bluetooth settings on your Galaxy S9+ or any other phone you tried to set it up with.
3. Restart your Versa 2.
4. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
5. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
6. Setup your Versa 2?
If you continue having issues, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.
