Hello community,
I got my versa 2 last week and I have been trying to connect my bluetooth earphone. My fitbit is stuck in "Pairing RIO 3" for more than 10min.
1. Following instructions on: http://erato.life/faq/rio-3-connect-device can hear the "pairing" instruction on my left earphone.
2, Earphones connects easily to my pc and phone, just fitibit is stuck.
3. Restarted fitibit and factory reset no luck
4. I have removed my earphones from my PC and phone using: 'forget this device.
I was following the steps on: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Bluetooth-headphones-stuck-while-pairing/td...but even after a factory reset, i had no luck, can you please help me? I'm about to return the fitbit to my store as it has been frustrating. Thank you
