Versa 2 won't pair to my Samsung S20

Just bought a 2nd hand Versa 2 and i can't set it up /link it to my fitbit account.  I've removed my previous device and can pair it via bluetooth but it won't connect during the set up process. It's been fully charged. Also, there are no lights flashing on the back of the Versa. All guidance welcome. Thanks.

Hi @Su51hub - it could be a faulty device if no lights flashing.

Try restarting it and make sure there is a normal display on the watch and hopefully lights flashing.

It may require setting up if in factory condition for lights to flash.

Logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Remove both old and current watches from the Bluetooth on the phone and restart it.

Login again and click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace. That may help.
