Hi. I just recieved my Fitbit Versa 2 today as a Christmas present but i am having trouble pairing it to my Samsung S7. It paired earlier but it didn't show up that it was paired on my bluetooth listings. And now it won't pair at all. It comes up saying pairing rejected by Versa 2.

This is so disappointing. I can’t recommend the Versa 2 to anyone who has an IPhone 8. The Versa 2 just will not communicate with the IPhone 8. It’s been over a week and I am constantly troubleshooting these device- relaunching the app, turning my iPhone 8 on and off, resetting the network, forgetting the network, this I can not recommend the Versa 2 for those who have an IPhone 8. I am working mom, wife, etc I don’t have time to trouble shoot the Versa 2 several times a day - I might have to return this device and go back to my charge 3 which never gave me any issues - disappointed customer loyal brand customers 🙅🏽:female_sign:

The user can not pair a tracker to the phones Bluetooth. This is the responsibility of the Fitbit app.
The app doesn't need the tracker paired to the phone to sync.
Setup. Notifications. The app should ask for permission to attach the tracker.
