My mother gave me her old versa 2 which has been sitting away for about 18 months. I’m trying to sync it to my iPhone 12 (up to date app and iOS), but no matter how many times I try all the trouble shooting, it won’t work. I’ve turned the versa off, my phone, the app uninstalled and reinstalled, it’s not connected to old phones, it’s just not working. I don’t know what else to do. Help…

Hi @Kodaki you try restarting the Versa 2 a few times? Did it charge up for you? you can find directions for syncing in this article - click to go there.
Sometimes when a device has been sitting for so long with a dead battery, it doesn't revive. Often it takes patience and restarting it a few times, but there are times the Fitbit simply doesn't return to life.

The Fitbit is turned on I’ve restarted it a good 50-100 times and spent hours trying. Is there anything else. It’s never been paired to this device and isn’t paired to any other devices

Could it be your phone? here is the article about compatibility of the devices - click to read.
