Versa 2 won't pair to my iPhone XS

while trying to set up Fitbit versa 2 on iPhone XS it is not visible. I have restarted the watch, the app, Bluetooth, phone and network settings multiple times. I have followed all the trouble shooting for this issue - nothing works. Can you please kindly advise?
