I downloaded the app and it requires me to pair my watch with my phone as part of the set-up process. I have restarted my phone and watch several times, turned bluetooth off and then back on. It keeps coming back with a message that says it is rejecting the pair with the Versa 2. Any suggestions?

Please provide a screenshot of the message that you receive when trying to set up your Versa 2. In order to learn how to add images to your posts, please follow the steps listed in this post.
In the meantime, make sure that you are following the setup process as advised in this help article.
