Hi, my Versa 2 was not syncing so after a soft reboot and full shutdown and restart failed to fix the issue, I did a factory reset on the watch. It is now not pairing to the phone even though my phone's Bluetooth is detecting it. It is stuck on the start up screen with multilingual instructions to download the app to start. It is essentially the same exact issue as this post:
I have already gone through the troubleshooting steps listed in that post by the moderator MarreFitbit, as well as gone through the troubleshooting steps and requirements listed in the standard "Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?" article (link below). I need this escalated to the support team, please. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
