Versa 2 won't pair with phone

Hello,

My versa SE doesn't sync atm and now it providing woefully inaccurate readings due to the GPS constantly dropping out. Today, for example, it cut my run in half and when I looked at the data on the app had it as a brisk walk with my distance listed, yet on the phone it showed the distant at the end of the run. I can't find that now.

It also has not followed the correct route when drawing the map of my run/bike ride and instead of displays a straight line.

I am very disappointed with this watch and had moved as I wanted a general health tracker but the Fitbit doesn't do that either. It is new, so could be sent back - I am hoping that I have a dodgy unit as I liked the aesthetics of the watch - but now it is just not fit for purpose.

Has anyone else had similar issues and fixed it??

EDIT: Now it won't pair with phone 😡
